If you or your child need a refill of a medication prescribed by a provider in our office, please call your pharmacy when you have at least three days of your medication remaining. This will give your pharmacy time to refill your prescription or to call our office if permission is needed.
Some prescriptions require that you take a hard copy of the prescription to your pharmacy. If your prescription requires this, you will be alerted to that when the medication is prescribed.
Please note: Our office does not handle refill requests after office hours or on weekends.
